Co-Founder & Director

Personal & Career Summary

Dr George Cheetham is the Co-Founder and Director of the dental lab, bringing extensive clinical experience in restorative and aesthetic dentistry to the way the lab is led, developed, and continually improved.

As an award-winning restorative dentist and Senior Partner of multi-disciplinary dental practices in South West London, George understands the importance of precision, communication, and consistency between clinician and laboratory.

George graduated with distinction from Newcastle Dental School in 2009 before completing a master’s degree in aesthetic restorative dentistry at King’s College London, also with distinction. His advanced training gives him a strong understanding of complex restorative care, smile design, occlusion, material selection, and the practical demands dentists face when planning and delivering treatment.

Experience and Work History

George has built his career around providing high-quality restorative dentistry, with a particular focus on preserving natural tooth structure and restoring teeth to their correct function and biomechanics. His completion of an American-led master’s programme in Biomimetic Dentistry reflects his commitment to minimally invasive, carefully planned restorative principles.

His clinical experience gives him valuable insight into what dentists need from a dental laboratory: reliable communication, accurate restorations, aesthetic results, and work that functions predictably in the mouth.

George has received several awards for his contribution to dentistry, including Best Young Dentist in London in 2018 and 2019, and Best Young Dentist England in 2020. He has also been recognised with the Pitt Ford Prize in Endodontics and the British Endodontic Society’s Prize for Vocational Dental Practitioners.

In addition to his clinical, educational, and leadership roles, George serves as a key opinion leader for dental companies and holds an editorial board position for Clinical Dentistry magazine. His wider involvement in the dental profession helps him stay closely connected to developments in materials, techniques, technology, and restorative workflows.
